For one of our clients from automotive industry, located in Oradea, we are looking for an EPU Quality Representative.
Objective:
As quality representative within production he has to ensure product conformity in accordance with the control plan and the right application of the quality principles (Quality Basics, respect of the ISO/TS 16949 for his scope, …).
Main Tasks
• Ensures measuring equipment meets requirements (e.g. measuring system analysis MSA, etc.)
• Creates and updates the necessary inspection instructions according to the control plan
(e.g.1st off instruction, self-inspection, final inspection instruction) and updates the defect & rework catalogues
• Approves the work instructions on the production lines and thus ensures that all necessary
inspections are included, the necessary time is allocated in the standardized work sheets
• Archives all quality records in accordance with the control plan (first off inspection, …)
• Ensure the respect of the control plan (including re-qualification)
• Manages the blocked parts within the dedicated production area (quarantine)
• Performs regular audits (covering all shifts) to ensure respect of the standardized work
by the operators as well as product audits
• Supports the production line responsible in the implementation of the Quality Basics
(train, implement, track, alert in case of deviation, …)
• Active participation in the problem solving process (QPS) and sustains the rigorous application of the method
• Drives continuous improvement in the dedicated production area
• Has the responsibility and authority to stop nonconforming products,
shipment and/or production and to escalate to the Plant Quality Manager
• Ensures the respect of the ISO/TS 16949 requirements within the dedicated production area
• Ensure that the quality indicators are well tracked by the Team Leaders for the lines and initiates corrective actions and follow-up in case of deviation.
