RESPONSABILITATI

• Management of all F&B service related issues of the hotel – main restaurant and one casual restaurant, bar, breakfast buffet, functions and catering, kitchen
• Team management including: scheduling, training and coaching, evaluating and mentoring F&B staff
• Implementation and follow-up for all F&B related standards and procedures, ensuring the level of service in all F&B outlets are consistent with business levels and company regulations


CERINTE

• At least 3-4 years experience in the hospitality industry, 4 star hotel or higher experience
• Romanian and English fluent, any additional language an advantage
• Strong decision making skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong customer and associate relation skills
• Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect Bar/Lounge/Restaurant operations
• Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Strong organization skills
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies, and equipment
