Objectives:
Develop the accounting system in line with overall corporate objectives, including preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.
Responsibilities:
Full overall responsibility for finance and accounting;
Operating and strategic responsibility for the planning, management and control of budgeting and cash flow;
Manage the accounting and controlling team, settle proper and efficient processes, and optimize the organisation of the accounting and controlling team;
Full professional and disciplinary responsibility for the leadership, organization, management and supervision of the finance department including management accounting and bookkeeping; (general and subsidiary ledgers, fixed asset ledger);
Comprehensive presentation of financial data (budget and actual) for internal and external purposes in monthly, quarterly and annual reporting;
Liaising and exchanging information with group companies in connection with a wide range of intercompany relationships;
Liaising with/reporting to head office departments such as management accounting and financial reporting;
Agreeing a control structure for management accounting;
Ensuring compliance with tax and statutory filing requirements;
Departmental asset management, including cost-benefit analyses and monitoring of products, projects, development, sales, quality, logistics and purchasing;
Monthly analysis and evaluation of data; profit and cash flow analyses;
• Preparing monthly P&L reconciliation between financial and management accounts;
• Degree in Business Administration or Economics;
• Strategic and operating experience in financial accounting with decentralized;
• Good understanding of accounting standards;
• Good understanding of the commercial/economic assessment and measurement of individual operating processes in a manufacturing business involving series production/assembly (motor vehicle, machinery, plant or equipment manufacturing);
• Cost management (target costing), product costing, project costing;
• Cost centre accounting including budgeting, reporting and variance analysis;
• Rroduction-managerr4ent(,experierice-in-process-optimiz-action);
• Identifying economic synergy potential in the value chain;
• Risk management;
• Pragmatic, practical approach;
• Proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of the automotive supply industry;
• Experience in working with multinational companies
• Native speaker with international experience ,through time spent abroad,( Germany , Uk ..)
