Our client, AUXIM MECANIZADOS, is offering high precision manufactured components for various clients from automotive, energy, transportation and other industries. Auxim has 3 production plants (located in Spain, Mexico and Romania) and 7 sales offices.The latest Auxim’s investment is the Romanian production plant in Oradea (located in the Eurobusiness Industrial Park).
To support the current start-up, they are searching for an experienced MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBLE.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Repair the production damage
- Maintain general business facilities
- Responsible for the conservation of maintenance tools and equipment
- Apply preventive maintenance program
- Repair breakdowns production machines
- Apply as indications PMP Head of Maintenance
- Repairs electrical, pneumatic and auxiliary material
- Make new electrical installations
- Repairs auxiliary machinery: extractors and other
- Repair trucks and auxiliary transport
- Collaborate with external technicians
REPORT TO: Plant Manager
HIS/HER PEERS ARE: Production Manager, Quality Technician, Logistics & HR Responsible and Finance Responsible
MACHINERY: More than 30 multi-spindles turning centre brands Schütte and Gildemeister bar diameter from 2 mm to 100 mm:
- lathe CNC single-spindles with automatic bar loader OKUMA and MURATEC brands
- CNC Lathe double head and double store OKUMA, MURATEC and TAKISAWA brands
- Chiringhelli and Cincinnati grinder machines
- Laminators Alonso
- Special Automatized machining line with ABB and KUKA brands

JOB KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance related activities
- Proven track record in maintaining CNC machines
- Technical studies (engineering diploma / equivalent training)
- Extensive knowledge of factory machinery and production processes
- Advantage: additional trainings in Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Total Productive Maintenance
- Fluency in English
- Excellent Planning & Organizing skills
- Ability to supervise others in the correct application of methods and techniques
- Very good ability to relate with the others, team player
- Quick response ability
