For one of our clients from automotive industry, located in Oradea, we are looking for a Plant Quality Manager.
The position incumbent ensures, that:
· Represents the customer’s voice within the plant and acts accordingly;
· Manages the quality department (budget, recruitment, allocation of resources,
personnel development);
· Is the management representative according to ISO/TS 16949 and thus the warrant
that all standards and procedures are complied with special focus on customer
standards and S/R (safety/regulation) standards and Quality Basics;
· Participates to the definition of the plant quality objectives, monitors progress and
implements corrective action in case of deviation;
· Being responsible for the complaint management for both customers and suppliers
ensures that complaints are managed in due time by using QPS and that 8D reports
are robust;
· Has the authority and the responsibility to stop any process or product delivery in
case of serious non-conformance;
· M. Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical or Metallurgical or Manufacturing is preferred);
· Minimum 7 years of working experience in the automotive manufacturing industry in which
five years in quality function;
Technical Expertise:
· Manufacturing practices background (welding and metal forming processes
Methodical Competence:
· ISO/TS 16949
· Knowledge of lean production tools
· FMEA, 8D, APQP, SPC, PPAP
Interpersonal Competence:
· Assertive
· Perseverant
· Excellent communication skills
· Fluent in English
