- Manage a surrounding assigned area for specific field collection activities;
- Manage company’s local resources, select new partners when needed;
- Ensure that all field collection activities are fullfiled, recorded in systems in time and recovery rates are achieved within the collection strategies defined;
- Control & Reporting of activities.
- University Graduate;
- Min. 4+ years of work experience from wich at least 1 year in a people management position;
- Previous experience in dealing with collection and bad debts recovery, (would be a plus);
- Very well organized, very good analytical, communication and leadership skills; drive for results and entreprenorial abilities;
- Very good computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Clean Driving License, willing to travel within the assigned area.
