- Organizeaza activitatea echipei de vanzare a magazinul in vederea atingerii obiectivelor comerciale
- Gestioneaza stocurile de marfa din magazin, intocmeste si verifica documentele de contabilitate primara zilnice si lunare
- Responsabil de implementarea si respectarea standardelor de imagine a magazinului
- Recruteaza, instruieste, motiveaza si evalueaza echipa de vanzare
- Este responsabil de nivelul de servire al clientilor in magazin, participand activ in procesul de vanzare
- Gestioneaza relatiile cu clientii, cu autoritatile locale, cu administratia centrului comercial
- Mentine in magazin un mediu de lucru placut, profesionist si bazat pe performanta.
- Experienta de minim 2 ani in domeniul retail, ca sef de magazin
- Bune calitati de organizare, coordonare, motivare si control a unei echipe dinamice
- Putere de decizie, asumare a raspunderii si lucru cu termene
- Capacitate de a construi si lucra in echipa
- Capacitate foarte buna de comunicare si o tinuta profesionala ireprosabila
- Bune cunostinte de contabilitate primara si operare calculator (MS Office).
