RESPONSABILITATI

Job responsibilities:
• interaction with hotel guests
• serving guests in all hotel outlets (restaurant, bar, lounge and terrace, room-service)
• prepare the logistics for restaurant, conference rooms, banqueting rooms
• prepare the table setup for different kinds of events and functions such as: buffet lunch, buffet or sitting gala events, a la carte restaurant
• Serving guests in all events and functions organized in the hotel, such as weddings, gala dinners, conferences and banquets; prepare the buffet and bar displays for gala events and functions
• serving the guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• act as a host for the main restaurant, when needed


CERINTE

Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years experience in the hospitality industry – food & beverage department, 4 star hotel or higher experience is a plus
• Pleasant personality, reliable, motivated and self starter, good communication skills
• Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems including point of sale
• Flexible working hours
• Fluent in English, any additional language an advantage
