• Manage customer complains (drive root cause analysis, 8D report);
• Drive continuous improvement process;
• Drive root cause investigations for internal plant issues;
• Responsible to check process changes implementation;
• Perform system, process, product audits as per ISO 9001.
• Elaborate related work instructions, visual aids, Process Control plan;
• Ensures compliance to customer quality requirements.
• Participates at APQP documents draw-up. Plans and coordinates the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation draw up and provides them to customers.
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a multinational company producing drive motors for washing machines and dryers, drain pumps and fan motor, for a Customer Quality Engineer in Pitesti.
Candidate profile:
• Degree in Engineering – Mechanical with technical background;
• Fluent English (C1-C2);
• Other languages advantage – Italian;
• Proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet Explorer), Minitab;
• Knowledge of Quality System;
• Standards and procedures for the implementation of total quality (ISO 9001 );
• Analysis of rejections from the market / customer to determine the type of defect and cause;
• Recording of non quality data from the market;
• Audit management with related improvement actions
• Knowledge of methods of statistical analysis ;
• SPC - Control charts - FMEA - control plans - etc ;
• Knowledge of : Production Process , Mechanical processing, Plastic parts injection process, Aluminum parts casting process;
• Measurements of mechanical, electrical and thermal properties;
• Knowledge electromechanical components
