HR Specialist – Pitesti Area
Responsibilities:
Organizes the recruitment and selection processes for different types of profiles;
Identifies the most suitable recruitment sources & channels;
Publishes job advertisements both externally and internally;
Sustains job interviews with the support of the operational teams;
Offers support to department managers for internal recruitment processes and transfers;
Evaluates and selects suitable candidates, according to the profiles discussed with the project managers;
Presents job offers to the selected candidates;
Updates candidate database, according to the internal procedures;
Completes monthly reporting files for HR KPIs;
Assists new employees in the completion of hiring papers;
Handles onboarding/ induction processes;
Organizes and develops specific HR processes;
Requirements:
Previous experience (min 3 years) in a recruiting various types of positions, on different levels;
Knowledge of HR processes and Romanian labor law;
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines;
Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
Proactive and flexible attitude;
Autonomous and positive;
Results-oriented;
Ability to be flexible and to adapt quickly to changes;
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Advanced level of English.
