Branch Manager - Ploiesti
JOB PURPOSE
•To achieve strategic outcomes and business goals, maximize profit targets, and meet the needs of the clients, colleagues
•To provide direction and inspiration for the team within the branch
•Create an environment which will accelerate profit growth
•Recruit retain and develop the best people to provide a superb service to customers
Responsabilities:
• Responsible for the company’s branch
• Sales & Service Activities – 70% of their time
• Team Management – 15% of their time
• Finance and Management Control – 10% of their time
• Analysis and Planning – 5% of their time
• Oversee all areas of the business
• Promote and maintain customer relations with new and current clients
• Responsible for P&L (profit and lost reports)
• Monitoring of competitions activities
• Represent the company at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and other special events; promote new and existing programs and initiatives
• Hiring, training and developing staff.
Professional experience and abilities:
• University degree
• Experience in a sales position at least 3 years (preferably Business to Business sector)
• Knowledge of English language – advanced level
• Experience of using MS Office to include Microsoft Word, E-mail
• Driver’s license – B category
Ability to demonstrate the following competencies:
