• Supervise general accounting and financial aspects relative to site (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory control).
• Support forecast and budget elaboration and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with Company’s financial policy and provide support to Management’s decisions with information and financial analyses.
• Provide monthly closing reports according to internal requirements and procedures.
• Provide monthly, half-year and annual declarations to authorities according to legal requirements, tax and fiscal accounts reports.
• Maintain financial setup, master data, and costing in SAP.
• Conduct on-site internal control in accordance with Company procedures.
• Interface with auditors (internal and external).
• Fluent in English;
• SAP experience;
• Strong Technical knowledge of Romania GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles);
• Experience with local tax and local government reporting requirements;
• Experience running local statutory audit;
• Minimum 5 years public or management accounting experience;
• Minimum 2 years management experience;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Minimum 4 year accounting degree from university;
• Knowledge of US GAAP;
• Sales Analysis Experience;
• Financial Management Experience;
• International Business Experience;
• Experience working in manufacturing environment;
• Romania CPA or master’s degree in accounting.
