RESPONSABILITATI

Romanian – American company based in Ploiesti, operating in oil & Gas industry is hiring a Human Resource Specialist.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The individual will cover projects and activities in the following areas: employees relationship, recruitment & selection, training & development, system analysis, communication.

Employees relationship
Processes all the necessary and requested documents related to personnel administration (labour contracts, addendums, administrative documents).
Follows up accurately all changes and requests.
Keeps accurate databases and perform relevant reports on all HR administrative matters.
Communicates effectively on the related employees matters.
Performs regular visits to company’s premises in order to collect information, solve personnel related issues.

Training & Development
Coordinates the administrative aspects of training & development activities.
Searches and selects training providers.
Is over all responsible for the organization of the training events (room, lunch, training materials).

Recruitment & Selection
Organizes and coordinates the recruitment and selection processes (collects the info related to the need of personnel, advertise recruitment requests, collects and screens CVs, performs candidates interviews).
Assists management and staff in provision of help and information related to recruitment & selection matters.

System analysis
Participates & supports activities in the areas of: policies and procedures implementation, motivational system design, induction process, career development, personnel evaluation.


CERINTE

Mandatory Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree; specific trainings in Human Resources areas.
The individual will be based in Ploiesti.
Experience: at least 5 years of proven experience working in international companies, with a fast paced environment.
Skills:
Strong computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point;
Excellent verbal and written English skills - absolutely essential;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
Innovative and flexible in attitude and approach;
Strong time management and problem solving skills, process oriented.
Abilities:
Ability to follow the requirements of a grant and collect data on the work performed;
Ability to prioritize competing demands, great ‘can-do’ attitude managing multiple priorities.
Ability to write reports, correspondence, policies and procedures.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers.
Proactive, attention to detail, results oriented.
