Conduct monthly analyzes of the Production Line load based on the next 3 months production plan forecast and available installed capacity and develop plans for identified capacity issues.
Conduct monthly analyzes of the production plan for the next month and develops manning plan with supervisor. Reports to management if insufficient or excessive manning is found.
Supports the development of the manufacturing budget and manage expense based on the approved budget.
Ensure proper utilization of existing equipment, assets and goods in order to eliminate waste and to reduce expenses.
Keep under control the manufacturing managed raw and auxiliary materials stock and consumption in order to ensure proper utilization according to the production requirements, implementing where appropriate recycling systems for improving material utilization.
Keep under control the W.I.P ensuring that it is clearly identify.
Establish annual external training plan for subordinates in order to improve skills and to expand certification holders.
Ensures training plans for operators are implemented and carry out with cooperation of the Supervisor. Regularly checks the skill evaluation, which is done by Supervisor and reports to management.
Bachelor's Degree in a technical area with 2-3 years production experience, and 1-2 years experience of managing people.
Experience in automotive industry represents an advantage – knowledge of Kaizen systems, process improvement tools etc.
Proven leadership capabilities in the areas of developing and managing performance for results.
Very good computer knowledge – Microsoft Office package, databases.
English language – advanced level.
Excellent attention to details and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Team work oriented and ability to prioritize activities.
Ability to lead meetings and dealing with conflicts.
Ability of short and long term planning.
