The Manufacturing Trainee will have the objective to acquire all necessary knowledge within the given timeframe in order to become a reliable member of the Manufacturing Department. He/she will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager.
Main responsibilities within the Trainee period:
Identifies and assumes applicable standards within allocated area of responsibility
Will actively participate in activities in accordance to individual development plan respecting timeframe.
Keeps and updates on a regular basis activity reports and presents them to the local Management team
Develops presentations and improvement plans on demand

University graduate – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – preferably in Injection Moulding
Team player and people oriented individual, capable of understanding and implementing new projects (involvement in University projects is an advantage)
Result oriented (individual projects during education)
Previous internship / apprenticeship experience is an advantage
Basic knowledge of project management is an advantage
Microsoft Office user
Strong command of the English language – both written and spoken
