Identifies and assumes applicable standards within allocated area of responsibility;
Will actively participate in activities in accordance to individual development plan respecting timeframe;
Keeps and updates on a regular basis activity reports and presents them to the local Management team;
Develops presentations and improvement plans on demand;
Takes part in post audits on demand;
Takes part in production capacity calculations and develops actions plans to increase efficiency.
University graduate – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – preferably in Injection Moulding or Mechanics;
Team player and people oriented individual, capable of understanding and implementing new projects (involvement in University projects is an advantage);
Result oriented (individual projects during education);
Previous internship / apprenticeship experience is an advantage;
Microsoft Office user;
Strong command of the English language – both written and spoken.
