- Develops and implements the annual marketing strategy in line with the company strategy and within assigned budgets.
- Implements marketing activities (above and below the line, PR, social media, e-mail marketing, fairs & exhibitions) having as objectives the enhancement of the brands indices and the maximization of the sales.
- Monitors brands performance against the related business plan targets and suggests corrective marketing activities to ensure target achievement
- Monitors and understands the external competitive environment.
- Reports to the general management team.
- University degree, preferably in marketing/economics.
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in a mid-level position in marketing/advertising field; basic marketing knowledge is a must;
- Computer literacy/internet content up-date would be a plus;
- Familiarity with above and below the line activities
- Fluency in both written and spoken in English
- Result-oriented personality, team player, used to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills, creative, flexible mind, dynamic, hard-worker, out-of-the box thinking.
