What will you actually be doing?
You will …
design prototypes
make and/or adapt subassembly drawings and equipment designed in accordance with technical standards
evaluate new projects
make the measurements of the equipment in order to design the packaging
establish the conditions of handling and logistics required to carry out the process of packaging
identify the negative factors that could influence the packaging process in site
suggest technical solutions for project implementations in compliance with quality standards
You will be spending your time:
• researching, developing and modeling new ideas
• liaising with clients and meeting with other departments
• research new development and innovations
• turn those research ideas into technical plans
• consider cost, effectiveness and safety of new designs
• modify and test designs
• write and present reports
Most of the time, you are based in the office; however, there will be times when you will need to travel to meet clients.
If you have:
BSc in automotive and/or wood industry
strong problem solving skills
excellent communications skills
sound knowledge of CAD software
good understanding of manufacturing processes and constructions methods
ability to work in a team
very good knowledge of English an appreciation of business demands
driving license
