PRODUCT ENGINEER - Ploiesti
RESPONSABILITIES
• Responsible for implementing and monitoring projects and new production processes as well as changes in product / process respecting the Quality System.
• Production launching of new projects and processes and follow up;
• Implementation and monitoring changes in products / processes;
• Preparing work and packaging instructions and process parameters on each station;
• Involvement in all changes for each product even after SOP;
• Collaboration with PPAP drawing responsible to send in a timely manner the external and internal test samples;
• Collaboration with the Quality department for preparation of PFMEA;
• Making the technical execution drawings for the tooling in the pre-series and series.
• Technical University Degree and proven background in (automotive) manufacturing environment.
• English -Advanced Level;
• Knowledge of FMEA and Control Plan;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar;
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills with employees at all levels in the company.
• Awareness of quality requirements and production targets.
