-Calculate the production planning, taking into account the desired delivery date;
-Initiate and participate in continuous improvement activities related to production planning, customer service and inventory management;
-Perform planning functions required to achieve the timely and successful launch of new products;
-Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools and human resource requirements;
-Plans and schedules workflow for each operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times;
-Inform management of potential production problems and assist in the implementation of both short and long term solutions;
-Effectively interface with other departments and management;
-Support internal customers by providing information on planning processes, products and planning attributes;
-Create and distribute production schedules and production orders to support production.

-University degree;
-Production planning experience in a manufacturing environment - mandatory condition;
-Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, materials requirements planning techniques and manufacturing control systems;
-Proficient with MS Office – Excel Advanced, Gantt chart or Microsoft Project;
-MRP knowledge;
-Excellent analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills;
-Must have good attention to detail.
