PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - Ploiesti
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures the identification and traceability of manufactured products, respecting the process standards;
• Supervises the implementation of the handling, packaging and identification activities;
• Oversees the controlling and monitoring of products;
• Oversees the control of the product and the material noncompliance;
• Assigns personnel in order to complete the tasks and supervises the staff activities;
• Provides training for the production staff and makes them aware of the importance of preserving the quality of the environment;
• Is responsible for applying the legal requirements and other requirements relating to environmental quality in production;
• Plans the daily production lines according to the weekly plan and directly related to reducing set-up;
• Realizes the production plan;
• Respects the rules regarding health and safety, prevention and firefighting.
• Technical University Degree and proven background in (automotive) manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial production;
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills with employees at all levels in the company.
• Awareness of quality requirements and production targets.
• Strong communication skills and solution oriented approach;
• Maturity and diplomacy in managing both people and processes;
• English -Advanced Level.
