In order to support current and future purchasing activities and department’s development, S.C. Amromco Energy SRL is looking for a qualified candidate in the position of Purchasing Specialist.
• Participates in activities of suppliers selection and negotiations.
• Achieves quantity discounts and simultaneously increase quality as indicated by Procurement manager.
• Conducts the preparation of tendering documents.
• Periodically conducts market research and cost analysis (benchmarking).
• Coordinates major purchasing projects.
• Develops and keeps purchasing tools updated.
• Reports on any ongoing activities/status/project to the Procurement Manager.
• Processes the purchase orders ensuring that technical specifications are met.
• Ensures that suppliers’ delivery deadlines are met and ensures the goods’ delivery towards the internal clients.
• Administers the data input and processing regarding the purchase orders, invoices.
• Processes the offers from suppliers.
• Keeps suppliers database updated.
• Ensures the quality of delivered goods identifying possible non-conformities.
• Ensures full compliance of purchasing activities with legislation, internal regulations, policies and strategies.
Experience and knowledge
University Degree - Graduate of Technical or Economical;
Work experience in the energy, extractive industry of 5 + years;
Minimum of 5 years experience in implementation, ongoing maintenance and optimal utilization of specific data basis;
Knowledge of industry products, equipments and their functioning & utilization;
Commercial, technical, marketing financial knowledge;
Very good knowledge in using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project application for data organisation, evaluation and analysis development.
The candidate must have residence in Ploiesti.
