Development of documentation for CIPPS and EPMS phases in collaboration with the Process Engineer for the launch of new projects into mass-production;
Analyses for internal and customer specifications and development of control specifications;
Trains the QA Inspectors for the use of control documentation for new projects and for Firewall activities;
Develops Control Plans for mass production products in collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing departments;
Works together with colleagues from the Engineering department for the development of PFMEA and PQAL;
Runs supplier or internal audits on demand, follows-up on the evolution of action plans, monitors implementation and efficiency of agreed actions;
Works together with the Process Engineer in charge with launching new projects for the PPAP file;
Conducts the QRQC activity, takes part in investigation of root causes and follows-up the implementation of actions and their efficiency;
Handles customer complaints for area of responsibility; Monitors the level of complaints: client ppm and warranties;
Develops working instructions and procedures for control / check activities;
