Organize and coordinate the entire recruitment and selection process (posting the recruitment announcements, source candidates, CV screening, setting up and sustaining the interviews, follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status and of the selection process);
Draws up the profile of the candidates and recommends the short list to the hiring managers;
Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires;
Develops and updates the description of the posts and their specifications;
Constantly documenting and updating on the specifics and trends of the market in order to find the most efficient methods of recruitment, training, motivation and retention of the personnel;
Designs and executes recruitment strategies for experienced staff across the organization, using a wide range of channels to source candidates;
Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization;
Contribute to improving the Employer Branding by designing events and initiatives to boost our brands as employer on the market;
Manages the recruitment process from the need identification up to the on-boarding process;
Implement induction &on boarding trainings /programmes for new comers;
Evaluates the effectiveness of induction programs;
Periodic delivery of the company's presentation in the induction process organized for new employees;
Managing the relationship with new employees during induction and collecting their feedback at the end of the accommodation period;
Keeping the relationship with employees in order to ensure effective communication and making exit-interviews.
Generates recruitment data analysis, reports, statistics, etc., formulates conclusions and recommendations.
Candidatul ideal
A minimum of 2 years proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Previous experience working in corporate environment and/or automotive area is a plus;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to prioritize, especially to handle multiple tasks in short periods of time;
Strong analytical thinking and decision-making competence;
Team player, solid work ethic, continued desire to learn, development and self-improvement;
Positive, proactive, energetic, motivated, ambitious and self-confident person;
Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
Fluency in written and spoken English is required;
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
