For our client, one of the most important automotive company in Romania, leoHR is looking for :
Senior Sales Manager – Ploiesti
Responsibilities:
• Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies;
• Communicate with clients at a senior and working level at purchasing and engineering to resolve issues and inquiries;
• Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness;
• Use client feedback to improve customer experience;
• Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements;
• Identify and approach potential clients;
• Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the launch team;
• Organize meetings with the plant team to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines;
• Closely interact with the plant’s launch manager to ensure deliveries according to customer expectations;
• Solving the on-site issues at customer in maintained area.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude;
• Strong analytical and organization skills;
• Ideally, proven work experience as a Sales / Key Account Manager;
• Hands on experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
• Willing to travel about 60% per week;
• Familiar with sales performance metrics;
• Preferably, BSc degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Sales or relevant field;
• Knowledgeable in plastic extrusions or related fields.
