A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of
TECHNICAL SPECIALIST who will be responsible for:
optimization of production process by adding/eliminating steps in the process or by inserting new technologies;
extend the range of raw materials in production process or types of products to be produced (R&D);
identifying and implementing new technical solutions in order to automate the way clients use the products (packaging machines);
offering technical support and input for the sales teams.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
upper technical studies (BA/MA);
previous experience in process engineering or operations in a package manufacturing company;
experience with automatic and semi-automatic packing lines;
structured organized thinking;
inventive and proactive;
very good communication and negotiation skills both in Romanian and in English;
available to travel up to 50% of time.
