RESPONSABILITATI

Check accounting information on the automatically matched invoices, correct when necessary, and add tax master code;
Add account codes and tax master codes on invoices without purchase order;
Investigate invoices that have not been possible to automatically match in;
Resolve issue and/or distribute to the correct receiver for review and approval of invoices;
Follow-up that the invoices are posted in accounting;
Check for incorrect or incomplete data and follow-up on the status of outstanding issues;
Manage invoices that are returned from the local organisations;
Check invoices that arrive in post control;
Report invoice verification errors according to pre-defined routines, in order to improve the invoice quality;
Produce monthly closing reports for the organisation, including invoice and supplier statistics and basis for accruals;
Actively investigate matching statistics and other information in order to increase the matching rate;
Set up contracts for recurring invoices based on information from the local organisation;


CERINTE

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar;
Proven successful experience in professional accounting on specialist level, preferably within Accounts Payable;
Good understanding what a high standard of service with true client in focus means and a passion to understand and meet or exceed their expectations;
Good accounting and tax (VAT) knowledge;
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working to urgent deadlines;
Ability to organise and prioritise a high volume of daily duties;
Good communication skills (oral and writing);
Respond quickly and accurately on client queries and build strong working relationships with both team members and clients;
IT literate with good computer/system skills;
Good English and German language skills, both oral and writing are a necessity;
Sharing knowledge and solving problems
