Handling incidents, locating the network issues;
Implementing the changes to the environment;

Technical education within IT or significant job experience within the field;
At least first professional experience as a Technical Support and wide knowledge of network concepts;
Advanced knowledge of English language and German or French is a must (minimum B2 level);
Certificates such as CCNA will be an asset;
Familiarity with Cisco devices management, knowledge of network technologies and protocols such as LAN/WAN and TCP/IP;
Ability to work well as a team member;
Business oriented approach to work;
Good communication skills.
