- support implementations of new finance processes and applications and tools suporting the processes
- provide inputs to the ERP Application Development Team on the functional requirements
- participate in implementation projects
- definition and control of the end-to-end financial transactional processes
- lead resolution of process issues
- process standardization
- continuous improvement of processes
- support training where required
- expierence in design of business and accounting processes/experience in managing process improvement projects
- experience in ERP implementations will be a plus ( particularly Oracle ERP)
- project management experience will be an advantage
- ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required
- ability to communicate effectively at all levels
