RESPONSABILITATI

Managing the team of 30+ multilingual IT Advisors supporting mainly Microsoft products, Managed Client Devices, Messaging and Collaboration services etc.;
Conducting the operational activities;
Ensuring high quality of delivery of services;
Guarantee that the newly introduced or changed services are fully supported by the team;
Ensuring financial and operational KPIs are met for requests and incidents and SLA achievements are on target;
Developing future growth plans and strategy of Service Desk in Poland;
Reassuring that global strategy and programs are implemented;
Developing and maintaining ongoing training plans for team members;
Coaching and people management.


CERINTE

At least 3 years of experience of working at team leading / management position (leading teams of 30+ members);
Knowledge of service desk and workplace support environment (KPIs, SLA, ITIL, incident management);
Very good knowledge of English (at least at B2/C1 level);
Knowledge of German or French is a must because of cooperation with multilingual team members;
Ability to establish excellent relationships with internal and external customers;
Proactive attitude at all levels of operational and strategic tasks;
Coaching skills and experience;
High communication skills;
Ability to travel abroad;
Knowledge of ITIL methodology supported by certificate.
