Overall responsibility for managing retail clients’ relationships, offering clients retail banking products in line with the policy in place for the Retail clients sector.
-Actively promote the ING retail banking offer to all retail clients addressing the branch directly;
-Responsible for professionally representing the bank during the relationship/products opening process;
-Analyze all type of credit requests received from the clients, prepare credit files and co-ordinate the loan disbursements;
-Maintain the existing client relationships and ensures that clients are fully served;
-Maintain relationships with the Offices in the respective geographical area;
-Follow up on market and product developments.
-University degree (preferably) in Economics;
-At least 1 year experience in a client related position;
-Personal selling / banking experience;
-Strong client-oriented attitude & strong selling skills;
-Problem solving attitude;
-Team player;
-Strong communication skills, written and verbal, Romanian and English;
-Good planning and organizational abilities.
