Role: Contribute to technical evaluation of current exploration licenses helping to build a prospect portfolio and propose drilling locations.
Main responsibilities:
1. Supervise exploration drilling programs (well location selection, drilling design proposal, and ITD package supervising, drilling supervising (geological point of view))
2. Geological advice in seismic acquisition, processing and interpretation.
3. Generate prospects and leads with geological risk applying and reserve calculation.
4. Conduct quick-look Wireline Log Interpretation analyses;
5. Update prospects and leads portfolio of the company in Romania based on exploration studies;
6. Follow-up interpretation works for 2D / 3D seismic
Requirements:
Knowledge
- Bachelor Degree in Geology Engineering;
- Minimum 7 years of previous experience in a similar position;
- Excellent knowledge of Romanian laws and regulations;
- Very good English knowledge;
Skills and abilities
- Team player with excellent communication skills;
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
