Our client is a company which activates in home appliances production.
• Identifying / resolving Quality issues in the Supply chain
• Contributes to strategy, approach, deployment and support implementation of sector industrial quality management processes
• Provides inspirational leadership to supervise, select coach and evaluate a larger team of Quality Managers and Engineers in the plant
• Lead auditor role and experience
• Accountable for quality aspects of all produced products and parts
• Drive quality development programs for the factory
• Identify high risk and critical to quality processes and establish quality control approaches assuring quality throughout the product life cycle
• Execute quality reviews as an independent reviewer
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering;
• 5 years of experience in Quality Management
• Good inter-personal skills
• Good understanding of statistical methods, quality tools and methodologies ( QFD, CtQ breakdown, DfSS, SPC, AQP, FMEA, Control Plan)
• Six Sigma GB/ BB certification is considered an advantage
• Highly motivated, action oriented, persistent towards accomplishing tasks and drives for success
• Ability to communicate well, oral and written, in English and local language; Italian language is considered an advantage
