Your task in this team will be to provide 1st line support to the 150 SW engineers of our R&D department.
Any issues that cannot be solved locally you’ll forward to the 2nd line support in Germany (Berlin / Stuttgart).
Deploy, administer and configure the main applications of our development environment such as DOORS, ClearCase, ClearCase UCM, ClearQuest and QA-C / Q-C++
Administer our Solaris and Linux servers including performance monitoring
Register and solve user issues
Solaris and Linux server administration (basic level)
Experience in application deployment
Any of the following topics in your experience-portfolio will be a distinctive plus:
Configuration and user administration of DOORS, ClearCase, ClearCase UCM, ClearQuest and QA-C / Q-C++
A supportive attitude towards internal clients
