Role: Organization of process management related to oil and gas fields development and production.
Main responsibilities:
1. Participates in preliminary evaluation and assessment of the quality of the received data on production from wells and reservoirs.
2. Develop and maintains appropriate reservoir evaluation work for individual wells and full field analysis;
3. Participates in well site operations to ensure adherence to reservoir engineering test procedures and requirements. This includes: performing on rig site duty during well operations or production testing, initiating appropriate pressure tests and estimating appropriate depth for testing and providing immediate readings of tests, as required.
4. Ensure consistency of acquired data through: verifying collected data, analyzing and interpreting data using available techniques and identifying areas requiring further study.
5. Formulate the development strategies for technologies to be used in future exploitation and development. Also, organize preparation of current and prospective development and production plans;
6. Perform reservoir and well review status and formulate alternatively development and scenarios tailored to specific conditions.
7. Carries out MB, DC and WT analysis and formulate additional data acquisition program.
8. Carrie out calibrated Reservoir Simulation models for special History Matching techniques and alternative production predictions scenarios.
9. Identify reservoir and wells opportunities portfolio and ranking them on cost-performance base
10. Generate new and updating production forecasts for wells and reservoirs according to company strategy
11. Plans, organizes and conducts oil wells works (workover);
12. Organizes preparation of geological model of oil fields, designing and monitoring of development;
13. Calculate reserves by volumetric, performance, material balance methods and simulation;
14. Participates in the preparation of terms of references for wells' drilling and testing;
15. Proposes and considers future drilling of development wells, geophysical and geochemical methods of wells' testing, coring and testing of intervals during wells' drilling.
Requirements:
Knowledge
- Bachelor Degree in reservoir engineering or a similar science related subject;
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role in oil & gas industry;
- Familiar with testing operations (coiled tubing, DST, swabbing, ESP);
- Good experience in creating work over and testing plans;
- Very good English knowledge
