- University degree (technical university education is an advantage);
- Experience in manufacturing activity;
- Management experience;
- Experience in business to business sales (existing portfolio of clients is an advantage);
- A results-oriented person;
- A diplomatic person, open minded, people oriented;
- Negotiation skills and relationship;
- Knowledge of English and Hungarian, business level is a must.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing the Commercial Department (Customer Service Team and Sales Team);
- Managing current customers and increase their number;
- Managing the pricing policy;
- Direct negotiations with the clients and maintaining the relationship with them;
- Organizing participation to the auctions;
- Organizing participation in various exhibitions.
