Menus for larger parties can be tailored to suit personal requirements.

CONTRACT DETAILS ; Position: Sous Chef, contract type: full time; duration: min 1 year; salary : 30.000 gbp /year, accommodation provided ; starting date end February 2015 ; the right applicant must have a minimum of 10 years experience within fine dining restaurants at the highest standard of preparation , preferable 2-3 rosettes background . applicants with experience into a chef de partie position at 1-2 michelin stars are invited to join our team.
