- Compiles data base of currents suppliers.
- Knows the requirement of products, materials, equipment established by the management.
- Prepares and completes specific type documents: contracts, reception notes / internal notes.
- Check production planning, create schedules in ERP system, liaising with suppliers, arranging transport conditions and their delivery.
- Follow up the correctness of the contracts for the supply.
- Negotiate with suppliers trading conditions (purchase prices/ payment terms / discounts).
- Order products under the allocated budget.
- Ensures process orders by product category.
- Analyze and monitor the evolution of stock by product category.

- University degree.
- Experience in a Logistics/ Purchase department in production field.
- General knowledge on commercial and tax law.
