• Taking over new production projects from the Project Purchase team;
• Participating at RUN's for the respective projects;
• Stabilising processes for AOI/SMT;
• Program adaptation for SMT pick-and-place or Automatic Optical Inspection;
• Participating in taskforce teams for problem resolution;
• Creating and adapting work instructions for areas of responsibility;
• Continuous improvement of the production process.
The ideal candidate is an integrated part of our Process Team in the Electronics department. He/she is responsible of SMT/AOI processes in our plant, coordinates his/her activities fluently with other support teams (quality assurance, production, etc.), is flexible and works great under the pressure of deadlines.
Job requirements:
• University degree in Engineering, preferably Automatics or Electronics;
• Good English skills, German is an advantage;
• Experience in Automatic Optical Inspection program adaptation or SMT pick-and-place program adaptation;
• Good machine programming knowledge;
• Good analytical thinking skills and logica reasoning.
