• Intermedierea relatiei furnizor-client;
• Cautarea si contactarea in mod regulat a unor potentiali furnizori;
• Comunicarea directa cu clientii si asistentii acestora;
• Organizare delegatii sub coordonarea Merchandise Manager / Merchandiser;
• Intocmirea ofertelor;
• Preluarea comenzilor si expedierea mostrelor;
• Intocmirea cataloagelor de birou cu produsele preluate;
• Traducerea diverselor documente;
• Monitorizarea derularii comenzilor in sistemele clientilor si in sistemul de centralizare al companiei;
• Participarea la intalniri cu furnizorii si clientii, atat in tara cat si in strainatate.
• Minim 3 ani experienta in achizitii internationale/comert;
• Cunostinte avansate de limba germana, avantaj – limba engleza;
• Abilitati de comunicare si negociere;
• Abilitati organizatorice;
• Cunostinte avansate de operare calculator;
• Dispus la calatorii in tara si in afara tarii (in principal in Germania);
• Permis de conducere.
