For one of our clients we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage the finances of the group and head the accounting department.
The company is a fast growing company based in Sibiu, with Residential and Industrial assets in Sibiu, Arad, Oradea, Alba Iulia and Bucharest.
The ideal candidate, reporting to the CEO, should have the following attributes:
- Must be a fully qualified accountant
- Have at least ten years’ experience in accounting and finance management, either with a professional audit firm or in industry.
- Have good leadership skills, and has managed a team
- Speaks and writes excellent English
- Is able to create Cash flows, Budgets, Analysis of opportunities and other board reports.
- Must have a pleasant personality, be proactive and a team player.
- Have a driving License
The chosen candidate will receive a salary commensurate to his or her abilities and experience.
