Short Description
- Planning and coordinating production (2 sections SMT- Surface Mount Technology and THT- Through-Hole Technology).
- Adjusting production orders.
- Planning of materials.
- Coordination of subordinates (more than 200 people).
- Promoting continuous improvement process.
- Fulfilling management system requirements.
Detailed Description
- Preparing production plan based on production capacity, order status, warehouse inventory, production arrears, overdue deliveries, supplies situation.
- In charge of people management and technical capabilities and of availability of materials.
- Defining the objectives of production and production supervision.
- Working in projects teams.
- Tracking regular production flow, finding inconsistencies, analyzing the causes and finding/ applying suitable/ available solutions.
- Deciding terms of production taking into consideration the availability of materials and the existing capacities.
- Verification of orders in terms of technical documentation (verifying the production planning and structures if needed).
- Tracking and identifying deviations, if needed.
- Supervision activity in terms of flow, process and employees.
- Supporting employees on work improvement process (training, coaching).
- Establishing, along with support departments, of the job requirements for employees specifying duties, responsibilities and conditions that occupies.
- Carrying out internal and external expertise on system and process.
- Coordination and support for customer audits.
- Promoting permanent continuous improvement process.
- Participating in regular management meetings.
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, a multinational automotive production company, for a Electronics Segment Manager. Location: Sibiu.
- University degree in engineering completed (preferably electronic).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management function (minimum 50 people to lead) and at least 5 years in production.
- English Advanced, German language is an advantage.
- Passionate about engineering (electronics) and open minded.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
