Compose and manage the procurement of offers, evaluations, negotiations, contracting and reception of purchases, in cooperation with the Business Unit Manager in terms of: office supplies, cleaning services, supervision and maintenance of the indoor and outdoor
devices
Cooperate for the description of the technical/organizational concepts, concepts for the emergency cases/damage, maintenance projects and security concepts
Coordinate and accomplish all activities which ensure the integrity and the proper functioning of the buildings and the adherent devices (according to the season)
Schedule and maintain calendar for area conference/training rooms with all necessary supplies, depending on the requirements
Plan and coordinate logistics, for example, business luncheons, birthdays, and retirement parties for immediate area of assigned department or cost centre by making necessary arrangements; assure the transportation of employees on company request
Ability to operate office equipment for assigned area, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of company policies and applicable procedures for the assigned area
Basic knowledge of point-of-contacts for support functions of assigned area, for example, HR, payroll, purchasing, facilities, and travelling
Experience on a similar position is an asset
Motivation and flexibility in order to meet deadlines and to cope with a high and unpredictable volume of work
Ensuring an active and pro-active behaviour, initiative and efficiency within the team, as well as in relation with the superior
Microsoft Office and Outlook knowledge
Interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with internal customers including employees from other departments as well as external customers outside the company
Excellent English skills, additional languages are an asset
