To provide operational support to HR Managers and employees in all Colt countries while working with different HR teams on group wide HR processes.
As part of first level support centre for HR Services, provide first line of support for employees in all Colt countries and answer queries pertaining to HR Services provided by different BSU HR teams
Co-ordinate within HR teams for necessary resolution of employee queries & issues
Provide support on following and improving Colt HR Processes
Manage various HR queries and track resolution
Prepare required reports for tracking HR Support Centre usage & other reports required by Management teams
Make necessary modifications to existing processes to meet changing requirements as part of a continuous improvement cycle.
Supports HR processes and related queries across employee life cycle
Maintains quality standards for all the relevant processes and meets process /service SLA's.
Requires minimal supervision for the processes that he is assigned to administer
Keeps himself updated on Colt HR Processes and Systems
Requires substantial experience ( +5 yrs.) of which at least 3 years in HR with broad knowledge of HR practices
Excelent English skills both written and verbal and German/Spanish
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in a global environment
Understanding / exposure to different HR processes
Experience of preparing necessary HR reports
Exposure to employee lifecycle related processes like Employee On-boarding,Leavers process, Promotions, Payroll etc.
Prior experience of working & supporting in HR Shared Service contact Centre is preferred
Exposure to and experience of working on HR Systems like Oracle, Siebel etc.
Graduate or Post graduate in HR / Management / or other related streams
