Responsibilities:
- support the recruiters on all aspects of experienced hiring methodology, including recruitment and search procedures
- work with the recruiter and the recruitment team proactively, sharing knowledge and experiences with the aim of continually improving current processes and procedures
- build relationships with hiring managers/ companies to advise on different aspects such as: on job specifications, market conditions
- initiate the hiring process by identifying and screening qualified candidates
- responsible for identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to external clients
Requirements:
- 1 year minimum experience as employee (customer relations is considered to be an advantage);
- university degree
- proficiency in English
- recruitment experience is a plus
- technical skills: Outlook, Word, Excel
- high attention to detail and execution excellence
- proactive and uses initiative to solve problems
- strong desire to learn – self starter
- assertive
- confident communicator – good listening skills
- ability to prioritise
- ability to exercise good judgement, and understanding when to escalate matters to recruiter
