We are looking for a Lean Six Sigma Process Analyst that will be responsible for providing Strategic Process Management support and leadership of Continuous Improvement initiatives, programs, trainings and projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead lean Six Sigma projects and lean Six Sigma deployment across the organization
- Focus on improving processes that support the client Objectives (Quality and Performance)
- Track continues process improvement project execution
- Supports identification, development, and management of key continue process improvement metrics, that will identify current and predictive performance parameters against the already stated key objectives
- Works with the Business Management department, to ensure the development and execution of best in class processes across the organization
- Ensures that continues process improvement projects receive adequate support for project execution
Requirements
- Experience in administration of performance management systems
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiating and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills.
- High level of problem identification and formulation of conceptual/technical solutions
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable objectives that drive project execution
- A strong understanding of Business operations, systems, policies, procedures, and performance requirements
- Experience in application of Six Sigma Methodology
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
