- regular input in team & departmental meetings regarding the Windows market
- work with development team to test new features and troubleshoot technology issues as needed
- some writing, including process documentation, short summaries of articles or reports and headline writing
- writing feature articles that are relevant, timely and interesting to users
- exceptional writing and proofreading skills, the ability to work quickly and accurately
- reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
