- Executes strategies for daily account management and optimization of our accounts on Google AdWords, AdCenter and other search/display network platforms
- Maintains and monitor bids, budgets, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
- Researches, generates and optimizes keyword lists according to presented needs
- Creates creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates according to presented needs
- Manages Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other advertising platforms
- Generates new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and creation of new paid search marketing initiatives
- Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives
- Testing: creates and implements testing plans, monitors, analyzes conclusions and scales if the case
- Learning - keeps pace with the search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
- Communicates to team and management on goals & timelines vs results
- Works closely with the other team members to meet our goals
- Creates monthly competitive, products & market researches
- Attends conferences
- Advanced PC User - is familiar with MS office, and understands basics of PC operations (how to install/uninstall a program, understands what a program does by reading a description, etc)
- Very good English skills; Spanish, French or German languages are a bonus
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems fast and in a positive manner
- Attention to detail, and effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
