- coordinate the performance evaluation process, assuring a good annual performance and an accurate identification of the development needs. Monitor the results throughout the year
- support employees' career planning. Develop individual career maps, create and update the job specific competencies in alignmnet with organizations's job mapping
- organize, evaluate and facilitate development opportunities for employees at various levels
- implement functional programs in order to support organizational effectiveness and adaptability, employee satisafction and retention
- promote the organizational culture through the development and implementation of relevant policies and initiatives
- implement the new leaders' orientation and on boarding programs
- coordinate the deployment of the Employee Satisfaction Survey and the implementation of the actions consequently derived
- act as project manager for various initiatives wirhin the HR area
- facilitate the Assessment Center and other corporate programs
- manage specific HR Development tools
- bachelor's degree
- at least 2 years of HR experience ( preferably in Organzational Development, Learning and Development areas)
- able to take repsonsibility for his/her activities and personal actions
- The ability to focus on the desired results
- proficient use of Microsoft Office applications ( Excel, Word, PowerPoibt)
- very good English command
