* Supporting the production team in order to optimize the manufacturing processes (layouts for optimal shopfloor utilization, organizing the production lines by defining Standard Work Instruction, follow up labor productivity, material flow, FIFO, stocks, changeover) based on Lean Workshops
* Cycle time measurement for production lines and equipments of FF (operator time, machine time, cycle time/ operation)
* He/she is responsible for setting the cycle time in the PULSE System
* Reporting the projects regarding Lean Manufacturing Concepts and their status to his/her Team Leader (for the Departments from his/her area of responsibility)
* He/she builds reports regarding the current status of the the capacity, loading and efficiency of production lines
* He/she submits improvement ideas regarding manufacturing area
* Giving support to his/her team for other activities (input for SAP Routing)
* Practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools, like lean manufacturing and six sigma
* Experience with Automotive Quality standards
* Know-how regarding Production Processes
